Build and strengthen the foundation of your practice through skillful alignment, breathwork, and focused attention.
This workshop style series breaks down key posture categories and builds them back up through experiential practice. Each week includes joint mobilization, targeted stretching, and muscle conditioning to help you better understand how your body moves and how to support it.

Designed for students interested in refining alignment and deepening their practice with practical, accessible tools. Expect a slower, more intentional approach that prioritizes awareness, stability, and sustainable strength.
Week 1: Rotations for a Fluid Spine
Week 2: Side Body Length & Strength
Week 3: Back Bending for Strength & Stability
Week 4: Finding Ease in Forward Folds
Week 5: Exploring Arm Balancing
Format: 5 Week series - 75 min. each week of guided experiential practice.
