Native American teachings speak of the "Field of Plenty"; a realm of infinite possibility from which all the gifts of Spirit can be received. A realm which we can access at any time, when we open our hearts and communicate our needs from a place of trust.

Sometimes, we lose contact with this place of power and magic within; the place of trust, faith and knowing. When we do, we need time to restore, rest, receive and remember, to allow us to reconnect with the abundance that's truly available at all times.

In this day retreat, using a combination of Yoga exercises and Family Constellations practice, we will be exploring: what gifts and life learnings do I possess that connect me with Spirit? Who, in my ancestral field and beyond, stands in support of me as I align with my purpose and potential? What once served my path, which I now need to release in order to take the next step in living a truly fulfilled life?

The day will be a lovingly curated journey, held and hosted by a team of three women, all mothers, who together hold decades of experience in the healing arts:

Norina Shorter, Family Constellations Facilitator
Claire White, Energy Healer

You will be guided and nourished from start to finish; every step designed for the sole purpose of restoring your connection with the abundance that lies within you and all around you.

RESTORATION FOR YOUR BODY:
-Warming cups of "ONATHA" teas, hand blended in Lewes with sacred intention by our dear friend and fellow healer Myriam Murray
-Delicious organic foods homecooked by Annabella Willink: a woman of remarkable vision and community spirit who is the former co-owner of the renowned wellness Cafe "InSpiral Lounge"
-Grounding, gentle yoga exercises guided by Emily Gilchrist
-Sauna and plunge pool at the end of the day, to reflect and integrate the days insights

INSPIRATION FOR YOUR SOUL:
-Family Constellations rituals and practices to tap into your inner resources and the 'help' in your ancestral field
-Beautiful garden and stunning studio, filled with sacred images and crystals to amplify the energy of the space
-A day spent with a group of fellow wisdom holders; other members of the 'tribe' that knows and seeks deeper connection with Spirit

Go that extra step in treating yourself to a one night stay in one of Mountfield's luxurious rooms.

Arrivals will be from 6pm on Friday 15th.

After settling in to your own private suite, you will be led to the studio for a yoga class guided by Emily; perfect for decompressing from the week's stress and strain, and preparing you for the time of nourishment ahead.

You will then be fed a delicious meal, homecooked by Annabella and beautifully laid out by Claire; an experience that your senses and tastebuds will relish!

After dinner, you can have optional access to the outdoor wood fired sauna, which has a plunge pool right beside it. Bliss!

Following a restful night's sleep in your room, you will be fed an organic breakfast, and have an optional morning yoga session with Emily before the day begins.
