Join us for an evening of vibration and sound with the healing energy of our 432hz crystal singing bowls and the deeply grounding frequency of our Chau gong.
During this sound mediation you will have the opportunity to go on an inward journey of discovery and relaxation.

Doors open at 6.45pm and will close at 6.55pm unfortunately we will not be able to admit anyone after the sound bath has started.
Mats will be provided, please ensure you bring along pillows and anything else to make yourself comfortable. Water is essential.
