Join Klara and Jacquie for an evening of gentle yoga movement, fun breath-work and a ceremonial ritual as we honor the turning of the seasons. Through yoga, lion's breath and the creation of a sacred despacho offering, we will gather the fruits of the year and release what no longer serves us - making space for renewal in the darker half of the cycle.
What to expect:
A restorative yoga practice relieving stress and tension from our bodies.
A short lion's breath practice to relieve stress and tension in the face, neck and jaw while building energy in the body, calm the mind and boost confidence.
A despacho ceremony, a sacred ritual offering used to express gratitude, mark transitions and to restore harmony.
A short hike to our sacred bon-fire for a few moments of quiet prayers and intentions honoring our mandala we built frrom the despacho ceremony then ceremonially releasing it back to nature by placing it in the sacred bon-fire.
Supplies for the despacho ceremony will be provided but please feel free to bring a small amount of anything with you to add to our mandala creation. ie: spices, herbs, flowers etc
You may also want to bring hiking shoes for our brief walk to our sacred bon-fire.
