Please join us for Reach for Home's signature fundraising event, Harvest of Hope! This year, Harvest of Hope celebrates our Journey to Zero progress and supports our mission of ending chronic homelessness in Northern Sonoma County.
You can help end homelessness in Northern Sonoma County. Reach for Home works toward this goal every day with programs promoting self-sufficiency, independence, and permanent housing.
As an attendee, you'll enjoy stories of hope, delicious food, amazing wine and a live and silent auction during this fun and inspiring evening. As a sponsor, you'll show the community that you support caring, supportive case management and housing for its most vulnerable members.
