🍂✨ Join us for A FREE, interactive event for youth aged 12 – 18 focused on teaching practical tools relating to health, wellness, and substance use prevention. This workshop aims to educate and empower young people to make informed, healthy decisions that prioritize their 8 domains of wellness.WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS:
• Guest speakers, including health professionals and prevention experts, provide interactive activities and thoughtful discussions 🗣️.
• Opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to support a healthy lifestyle 💪.
• A safe space where youth can openly discuss, question, and learn about health, wellness, and substance use.
• Free lunch and giveaways provided to all participants 🍽️.
