Harvest Health & Wellness Youth Workshop

Join us for the Harvest Health & Wellness Youth Workshop, a FREE, interactive event for youth aged 12 – 18 focused on teaching practical tools relating to health, wellness, and substance use prevention. This workshop aims to educate and empower young people to make informed, healthy decisions that prioritize their 8 domains of wellness.

Attendees can expect:

• Guest Speakers, including health professionals and prevention experts, facilitating interactive activities and thoughtful discussions.
• Opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to support a healthy lifestyle.
• A safe space where youth can openly discuss, question, and learn about health, wellness, and substance use.
• Free lunch and giveaways provided to all participants.
