Harvest Eats is a 3-week course focusing on farm-fresh carrots in collaboration with Heritage Farms! Participants will connect the history & nutrition of carrots with hands-on, creative culinary skills in the kitchen. Session 3 will be held at Heritage Farms where participants will help harvest carrots! Carrot-centered snacks will be provided each session.
