SWKC and the Hartford-Springfield Collie Club are hosting a Farm Dog Certification Test Saturday September 26th and Sunday September 27th in Windsor, CT!
The AKC Farm Dog Certification Test is open to all breeds. This test involves a series of 12 exercises which would be typical to a farm environment. Dogs are not required to heard livestock, but instead this test serves as a way to assess their aptitude as a working farm dog. There will be an am and pm test so dogs and handlers have the opportunity to earn a title in one day.
On Sunday, Nicole Eydelson will be offering CGC and Trick Dog Testing for $10 per test as well.
