Join us for an incredible weekend of competitive pool and giving back at our annual charity tournament weekend honoring Harry Hutchinson and Jack Byerly. All funds raised throughout the weekend support CASA and the vital work they do for children and families in our community.
👉 All finals will be held on Sunday.
(The number of players/teams returning Sunday will depend on total entries)

Thursday Evening
Lancaster County 8 Ball League / South Central PA USAPL Event
⏰ Tournament Begins: Players Meeting at 6:30pm, event begins at 7:00pm SHARP (First 48 Paid Players MAX)
Eligibility:
• Lancaster County 8 Ball League players 8 & Under or below .550 average (Entry open to only LC8BL Players Until 1/15/26)
• South Central PA USAPL players 475 & Under Fargo
⚠️ 475 & Under Fargo receives a 5-point cushion at signup. If a player moves up to 481 or higher, entry will be refunded and player removed from the event. Must have been 475 & Under when event was announced on 12/13/25.
Format & Rules:
• Modified BCA Rules (Ball in hand behind the line on the break)
• Winner’s Side: Race to 4
• Loser’s Side: Race to 4
• Finals: One race to 6
• Loser Breaks
Friday Evening
🎉 Celebration GALA & Jack & Jill 8 Ball Doubles Event
7:00pm Start time following Opening GALA
Entry Limit:
• First 24 Paid Teams MAX
Eligibility:
• Max combined Fargo: 1175
• Fargo not required to play
• Players without Fargo or under 200 games subject to Tournament Director approval
Format:
• Winner’s Side: Race to 4 (8-Ball)
• Loser’s Side: Race to 4 (Short-Rack 8-Ball)
• Finals: One race to 6
• Loser Breaks
Saturday Morning
🎱 8 Ball OPEN
First 96 Paid Players MAX
⏰ Registration closes: 9:30 AM SHARP
