Join YCP South Central PA for our March Executive Speaker Series event with Brandon Hall!
Together with his dad, Brandon developed CatholicWell, a wellness platform that unites Catholic tradition with modern neuroscience and health practices to provide a holistic path to wellness. CatholicWell is a curriculum for students and a professional development program for Catholic educators that takes a holistic approach to health.
In his talk, Brandon will share his personal experience with stress and mental health and how that fueled him to develop CatholicWell. In addition, he'll share strategies to strengthen the mind and body, while unlocking the deeper fulfillment that flows from the Sacraments and Catholic teachings, leading to true flourishing in Christ.
Join us at the Prince Street Cafe in Lancaster! Food will be provided and drinks will be available for purchase from the cafe!
