About this Event

We would like to welcome you to One For All Forest School, an inclusive and therapeutic forest school created by and for neurodivergent people.

Join us on 13th September 2026 at 1:30pm for our September workshop, we are offering a special sound bath event in a safe space for neurodivergent people. We hope that this means that you can come as you are and will be encouraged to express your needs as they come.

Svenja from Star Songs Harp, will take us on a magical sound bath with the harp. You will be guided you on a musical journey whose melodies weave together threads of relaxation, contemplation, and calm. Played gently, the music can reach deep places within, offering moments of insight and a shift in the mind. Welcome the vibrations as they wash over you on this restorative sound journey. You will be invited to get yourself surrounded by nature, ready to relax into the beautiful music of the sound bath.

What to expect...

Before the sound bath starts, you will have a chance to engage in some mindfulness activities and opportunity to settle into the space before the sound bath begins.

We will provide blankets and pillows, with spaces to lay on the ground. We will also have standard camping chairs, one higher weight capacity camping chair and one camping cot (distributed on the day dependant on need).

There should be no more than 15 people at the event, including facilitators.

The gardens have drinking water and compost toilets. The gardens are sometimes accessible to ambulatory wheelchair users.

What should I bring...

We'd suggest wearing/bringing layers of clothing, as people often experience a drop in temperature during the bath. Please bring layers even if the weather is warm.

We encourage you to bring comfort aids, for example (small) blankets, teddies, pillows or anything that might support you to feel comfortable during the sound bath.

If you have any questions get in touch with us!
