Using Objects in Therapy Practice
About this Event
Using Objects in Therapy
Join us for a creative and experiential in-person training exploring the use of objects within psychotherapy, facilitated by Toni Goodall.
This is an opportunity to explore how objects can be used within the therapeutic space to help clients express, explore and make sense of their experiences and relationships in ways that words alone may not always allow.
We'll play and experiment with a range of ways of working with objects, and consider how these approaches might be incorporated into your own practice. There will be space to try things out, reflect on your own responses, and share ideas and experiences with fellow therapists in a supportive and informal setting.
You don't need to have any previous experience of using objects in therapy - just come with an openness to experiment and see what emerges.
We intentionally keep our training groups small to allow for plenty of space for participation, discussion and exploration.
