About this Event

Join us to understand better how Artificial intelligence is transforming the way organisations innovate, create content, and manage intellectual property.

In this interactive workshop, Laura Trapnell, Intellectual Property Solicitor, and Megan Richards, Paralegal, both from Trethowans Solicitors, together with Andrew Heap, Patent Attorney at Openshaw & Co, will explore the opportunities and legal challenges presented by AI. Combining expertise in copyright, patents, and wider intellectual property law, the speakers will provide practical guidance on protecting AI-related innovations, understanding copyright issues surrounding AI-generated content, and managing intellectual property risks in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

Through practical examples and discussion, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to harness AI while safeguarding their valuable intellectual assets.
