Reiki is a gentle energy practice where I’ll guide calming energy through intention and light touch or hands held above the body. Many people experience a sense of peace, relaxation, warmth, or emotional release. Everyone’s experience is unique.
An acoustic sound bath is a journey through live healing sounds and gentle vibrations, creating a space for deep relaxation, meditation, and inner connection.
What to bring:
You are encouraged to bring a mat or blanket, pillow, & water for comfort & hydration.
