Imagine floating gently atop the bay as the sun begins to set, surrounded by the soothing rhythm of the water and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls. A sound bath on paddle boards creates an experience unlike anything you have ever felt on land. The water becomes an amplifier of sound, carrying vibrations through your body in a way that promotes deep relaxation, clarity, and a heightened sense of peace. As you drift into stillness, the natural sway of the board enhances the meditative effect, allowing you to let go fully and connect with both yourself and the calming energy of the bay.
This 50 minute premier sound healing session will be led by Amy Freeman, a wellness and mindfulness coach with more than 24 years of experience. Her expertise and presence will guide you through a transformative journey of sound, vibration, and inner harmony while you float on your own paddle board sanctuary.
After the session, return to shore and continue the experience with a handcrafted cocktail or refreshing mocktail followed by a vibrant taco bar prepared by the Medicine Chef, Tina Martina. Enjoy citrus chicken tacos, veggie fajitas, and a sweet dessert while connecting with others who shared the experience.
Your ticket includes everything you need for this evening of serenity and connection: paddle board, expert instruction and guidance, a premier sound bath with one of San Diego’s top sound healers, and a nourishing culinary experience on the beach.

There will be a mini Paddle Board lesson on land before departure that goes over basics, terminology and technique.
SCHEDULE:
5:00PM: Meet and Greet and use restroom if need. Get ready to go.
5:15PM: Land Demo followed by departure
5:30PM - 6:30PM: Paddle with Sound Bath
6:30PM - 7:00PM: Enjoy Taco Bar + Refreshments

We will be setting up and departing behind the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Liberty Station at SUP Pups with West Coast Paddle Board Rentals. There is a restroom close by in NTC Park along with parking next to the park.
The water way is a calm channel ending in a dead end and is in a no-wake zone. Be very cautious of the surrounding rocks and oysters.
