Immerse yourself in grounding postures and envelop your senses in a symphony of healing sounds during an enchanting Sound Journey with live musicians Jenny and Mark Robertson Tessi. Our live musicians will weave a tapestry of harmonic vibrations featuring crystal and Tibetan bowls a celestial harp melodic guitar rhythmic drumming resonant chimes the ethereal native American flute and captivating vocals.

It is our intention that the sacred synergy of this mindful and gentle practice with sound and frequency healing will create a peaceful container for students to come back to themselves by aligning with the natural rhythms of the body promoting relaxation balancing energy centers facilitating emotional release and enhancing the mind-body connection.
