As winter fades and the equinox approaches, take a moment to pause, reset, and align with the changing season. Join us on Wednesday, March 19th, at 6 PM in the Commission Board Room at TolHouse for a 40-minute candlelit sound bath, designed to melt away tension and create space for renewal.

Bask in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and ethereal melodies, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner stillness. A sound bath is more than just an auditory experience—it’s a full-body reset that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote clarity.

Following the session, transition into the warmth of TolHouse’s vibrant lounge, where a thoughtfully crafted signature mocktail awaits, allowing you to soak in the moment and connect with fellow attendees.

This experience is open to both members and non-members. Tickets are $25. Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket for added comfort.
