Harmony and Health (Free Women's Mental Health Event)

The Harmony & Health event is a special Women's Wellness experience happening in March 2025, during Women's History Month.

It's a great opportunity to engage with the community, learn about mental and physical well-being, and enjoy a supportive environment. The event will feature various activities, including speakers, performers, and interactive sessions, all designed to promote wellness and connection.

This is a FREE community event; CareFirst insurance is NOT required

Parking:

Please park in the mall parking lot (Lot E3) across from TGIFridays, near Edenbridge PACE. Look for the CareFirst Welcome sign and enter the hallway to suite W.
