Sessions/ packages never expire, use whenever you like!
*E-transfer to [email protected] to register your spot(s) and I do ask for at least 3 hours cancellation notice if you are unable to attend in order to keep your credit.
So, what to expect! ❤
* Warm Welcome/ Introduction and a gentle warm up to start.
(No yoga experience is required. Suitable for all ages, all bodies and all abilities).
* Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) to balance the body/mind after our warm-up.
*A 60+ minute restorative Yoga Nidra practice/ meditation.
*30 minutes of Sound Healing.
You will be bathed by the indescribable vibrations of a 30" Symphonic Gong, (her name is "Leela" and she would love to meet you!) a powerful set of Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Sacred Drumming, Tingsha Bells, Rain Sticks and more.
This experience is done laying down on your back, on your mat (or your chair or cushions), with eyes closed, completely relaxed in "Savasana" or "Corpse pose."
Here you will remain still, relaxed, as comfortable and as cozy as possible (with the support of your props), simply following the guided instructions leading you inwards on a journey of deep relaxation, release, transformation and healing.
What to bring:
*Yoga mat, cushioning to lay on OR chair/ zero gravity chair
*Comfortable, cozy, warm clothing.
* Props, props and more props:
Pillow(s), a blanket(s), towels, a bolster, an eye mask, crystals, stones, warm socks, mittens and anything else that your body needs that will allow you to lay still, warm and completely
supported on your back/reclined comfortably for 45-60 minutes.
* I highly suggest laying down at home before practice and playing around with your props to see what best suits your body.
* Typically, people tend to gravitate towards a thick prop under their knees (a pillow, bolster or a rolled up blanket), perhaps some support/cushioning for under your tail bone/ bottom, for under your neck/neck and even under the heels of your feet or backs of the hands (gloves work great!) if you feel that would benefit you. Something like a towel or eye mask to cover your eyes and finally a warm, heavy blanket(s) to cover your whole body is also highly recommended and encouraged. *It is important to be warm, supported and comfortable.
Of course, please feel free to connect with me if you have any curiosities, or you feel unsure about what you need to bring, as your props are a very important part of the process, really allowing the body to fully relax, let go and surrender to the whole experience.
Shine on friends, big blessings your way.
