We’re excited to offer a weekend workshop with Sam and Luka this January! Expect to focus on tricky L-base flows, hands-free balances that evolve into hands-free transitions, and training techniques you’ll take home and use long after the workshop is over.Prerequisites:
- Washing machines: Corkscrew, Catherine's Wheel, Big Le Moi
- Consistent entrance to reverse star (doesn’t have to be a jump)
- 10 second L-based foot-to-hand
- 5 second tuck-sit
