Start your year with intention, community, and carbs! Join us on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM to breathe in the new year and breathe out the past.
Release what no longer serves you and embrace a fresh beginning. We’ll kick things off with an uplifting yoga flow designed to set good intentions for the months ahead.
The best part? The after-party. Immediately following our practice, stay and celebrate with our community! We are bringing back our Famous Annual Bagel Bar, complete with libations, friends, and fun. It’s our favorite way to toast to new beginnings.
