Ever wanted to try yoga but felt a little intimidated to step onto the mat? Or maybe you’ve practiced before but want to get back to basics and refine your foundation?Welcome to your new adventure at Sacred Moments Yoga Studio in Oviedo! Join instructors Allyn & Brandi for "Start Your Practice," a 2-part workshop designed to gently guide you into the world of yoga. We’re ditching the rigid routines and focusing on playful exploration, "aha!" moments, and finding what feels good in your body.
Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned yogi looking to reset, this series is for you.
What to Expect: We blend ancient wisdom with modern fun, sprinkling in motivational vibes and hands-on activities to keep things lighthearted. No prior experience needed! Just bring your curiosity and a smile!
🗓️ PART 1: Yoga Basics – Discover the Magic Within Sunday, Jan 11th | 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM We’ll spark your inner yogi flame! We will explore why yoga rocks (it’s about what you learn on the way down, not just touching your toes!), introduce calming breathwork, and break down foundational poses with easy alignment tips. Goal: Leave feeling empowered and ready to practice without overwhelm.
🗓️ PART 2: Building Your Flow – Level Up with Confidence Sunday, Jan 25th | 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Ready to turn up the fun? We’ll revisit philosophy, advance your breathing, and string poses together into mini-sequences to find that "flow" state. Think of it like leveling up in your favorite game! Goal: Leave with the confidence to join any class on our schedule.
