Happy Hour and Bioblitz at Newlin Grist Mill

Join Newlin Grist Mill and Concord Township, Pennsylvania for a bioblitz as part of the National Recreation and Parks Association's (NRPA's) Parks for Pollinators campaign!
We will meet to find and record as many pollinators (bees, flies, beetles, hummingbirds, etc.) as possible at Newlin Grist Mill (219 Cheyney Road, Glen Mills, PA) on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, from 5 to 8 pm.
The bioblitz will take place alongside Newlin Grist Mill's family-friendly Happy Hour. Relax by the log cabin and enjoy beer, wine, and other beverages. This week's Happy Hour will feature catering by Wildings Events (https://www.wildingsevents.com/) and music by Jim Shirey (https://jimshireymusic.com/).
Use of community science platforms, like iNaturalist, for the bioblitz is strongly encouraged. iNaturalist ambassadors will be present at the event to help orient people to the platform.
