Meet a Live Red-tailed Hawk, Eastern Screech Owl and African Lanner Falcon

Courtney Douds, founder and owner of Raptor Jawns, is a Master Falconer who has been educating the public with birds of prey since she was a teenager.

Her team of live birds of prey allows for an intimate encounter with the natural world, fostering real connection to conservation through these incredible predators.
Drop by our store on September 19th to meet a Red-tailed Hawk and Eastern Screech Owl, both native to Pennsylvania, and the African Lanner Falcon. You’ll learn about each bird’s individual and natural history, their anatomy and hunting styles, and get a rare close-up view of each species.
