Creativity is proven to improve our mental wellbeing. It aids in pain-management, increases confidence and gives us a sense of achievement.
These workshops give you an opportunity to explore one or both of these creative activities - the choice is yours!
Happy HeARTs Art Journaling - a journey of self-discovery and self healing. Whilst unlocking the power of your sub-conscious mind, it will allow you to de-stress, relax and unwind; increase your creativity, intuition and help manifest your dreams; provide strategies to change limited beliefs; it has the power to heal emotional pain and distract you from physical pain; manage emotions in a positive way, increase confidence and lift self-esteem, helping you live the life you want to live.
Make & Create - Jo will share her skills and knowledge with you using a variety of art and craft techniques, making something special for you, gifts for loved ones, decorations and much, much more. Don't worry if your creation isn't complete by the end of the workshop, Simply take home the kit and finish in your own time.

These workshops are hosted by Jo Fina Green, a certified Therapeutic Art & Happiness Life Coach, a local artist and founder of Creations by Fina, Happy HeARTs & Make & Create.

ONE ACTIVITY - £13 PER PERSON, PER WORKSHOP (either Happy HeARTs Art Journaling or Make & Create)
BOTH ACTIVITIES - £20 PER PERSON, PER WORKSHOP

NO ART OR CRAFT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. SUITABLE FOR 14+ YEARS (MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IF UNDER 16) BLANK JOURNALS AND OTHER PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE/ORDER. ART MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED HOWEVER YOU'RE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN.
