Hey everyone!As many of you know, I’m about to go backpacking and head off on the adventure of a lifetime across Southeast Asia and Australia 🇹🇭✈️🇦🇺. But before I go, I’d love to spend one more special morning and evening with you all!
So…
My last parkrun will be followed by farewell drinks later on in the day (if you can only attend parkrun or drinks that is good enough for me!)
📍 Where: Worsley Woods
🕘 When: Saturday, 20th September 2025
🟣 Parkrun: 9:00 AM – Run, jog, walk or just cheer us on!
🍹 Drinks: Later on in Monton, can be discussed nearer the time 🍸
Expect good vibes, a few laughs, and probably a few tears from me. I have come so far – in fitness, in confidence, and in life – and it would mean so much to see your faces before I set off.
