Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is designed to build your skills, enhance your practice, and push past mental barriers.

-Personalized exercises for each participant, tailored to your current practice.
-A comprehensive exercise routine to guide your training.
-Hands-on assists: How to effectively and safely assist students in handstand drills.
-Learn to identify limitations in yourself and your students, and how to adjust with specific exercises.
-Warm-up and cool-down routines for optimal body preparation.
-Techniques for headstand and Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand).
We’ll focus on overcoming the 5 main obstacles of handstands:
• Lack of strength
• Loss of body alignment
• Tight shoulders
• Improper balance points
• Fear
The handstand is not just a physical challenge—it’s a mental and emotional journey. This workshop will help you confront your fears, understand your limits, and elevate your practice to the next level.
