This workshop is for students who already have some handstand experience. Whether you’ve kicked up before, held a shape at the wall, or taken previous handstand classes with Hannah and are ready to go deeper.
We’ll move beyond “getting upside down” and into the subtle work that makes handstands feel lighter, steadier, and more alive: stacking joints with intention, refining your kick-up or explore new ways to kick up, build exit strategies you trust, and learning how to fall. Expect a mix of drills, playful experimentation, and time to actually try things out without rushing past the wobble.
