HANDSTANDS AND ACROBATICS - ADULTS CLASSES

Our Handstand & Acrobatics classes are designed for adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to those returning to acrobatics later in life.

In these fun and supportive classes, you’ll learn:

• Gymnastics-style handstand technique and drills
• Strength, balance, and body control fundamentals
• Basic acrobatic and tumbling skills on floor and trampoline

Whether you’ve always dreamed of balancing on your hands, or you’re looking to reconnect with acrobatics you loved when you were younger, this class is a great place to start (or restart!).
