This hand balancing workshop is conceived as an ongoing practice space for adults who want to build strength, balance, and confidence upside down—progressively, safely, and intelligently.
The focus is not on tricks, but on sustainable practice:
• step-by-step progressions
• strong foundations in alignment and biomechanics
• shoulder, wrist, and core preparation
• working with your body, not against it
• adapting exercises to individual needs and injuries
• space for play, exploration, and curiosity
The workshop is open to all levels.
Beginners are guided carefully from the basics, while more experienced practitioners refine efficiency, control, and consistency.
The small-group format allows for a strong individual approach.
Safety comes first, followed by precision, awareness, and play.

Movement educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, leading workshops internationally across hand balancing, capoeira, acrobatics, and movement research.
Workshop fee: 100 €
