✨ Koncert »Bežno potovanje« je poklon pesniku Srečku Kosovelu, enemu najpomembnejših ustvarjalcev slovenske moderne. Program povezuje samospeve velikih evropskih skladateljev z glasbo sodobnih avtorjev ter Kosovelovo poezijo postavlja v dialog z današnjim časom.
🎤 Josipa Bainac je mednarodno priznana mezzosopranistka, prejemnica številnih nagrad za interpretacijo samospeva, oratorijskega in opernega repertoarja. Nastopa po Evropi in svetu ter redno sodeluje s sodobnimi skladatelji in mednarodnimi kulturnimi ustanovami.
🎹 Michael Wasserfaller je pianist, skladatelj in pedagog, ki uspešno povezuje klasično glasbo, glasbeno gledališče ter jazzovske vplive. Kot pianist, korepetitor, dirigent in glasbeni asistent je sodeloval pri številnih opernih, operetnih in muzikalskih produkcijah.
🎻 Dušan Simović je kontrabasist, pedagog in multiinstrumentalist, katerega umetniško delovanje združuje klasično glasbo, jazzovsko improvizacijo in sodobne glasbene prakse. Sodeloval je z uglednimi mednarodnimi glasbeniki, med njimi Wyntonom Marsalisom, Davom Liebmanom, Billom Frisellom in Joejem Passom.
🥁 John Wasserfall deluje kot prvi timpanist Orkestrskega društva Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde na Dunaju, ob tem pa razvija koncertno dejavnost na področju klasične, jazzovske in popularne glasbe.

✨ “Bežno potovanje” is a musical tribute to Srečko Kosovel, one of the most important figures of Slovenian literary modernism. The programme brings together art songs by major European composers with contemporary music inspired by Kosovel’s poetry, creating a dialogue between poetic reflection, memory, and the present day.
🎤 Josipa Bainac is an internationally acclaimed mezzo-soprano recognised for her interpretations of Lied, oratorio, and opera repertoire. Alongside her extensive concert career, she collaborates closely with contemporary composers and leads artistic and research projects at the Exilarte Center of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
🎹 Michael Wasserfaller is an Austrian pianist, composer and pedagogue whose artistic activity spans classical music, musical theatre, jazz and crossover projects. In addition to his concert career, he has worked extensively as a musical assistant, conductor and cultural coordinator.
🎻 Dušan Simović is a musician, pedagogue and multi-instrumentalist whose work combines classical music, jazz and contemporary improvisation. He has collaborated with internationally renowned artists including Wynton Marsalis, Dave Liebman, Bill Frisell, Joe Pass and Duško Gojković.
🥁 John Wasserfall is a percussionist and principal timpanist of the Orchesterverein der Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Wien. Alongside his orchestral work, he performs in a wide range of jazz, rock, pop and reggae projects.
