The next Hands 🙌 on Cooking class with Chef Ray Gennaro🌍🇮🇹 is scheduled for Friday, January 23, at 6:00 p.m. Join us at The Kitchen Company, Inc., in North Haven, CT, for an extraordinary culinary experience. This isn’t your ordinary cooking class; it’s an opportunity to learn from the best and create unforgettable memories in the kitchen.
Here’s the menu:
- Tomato Bruschetta: Served over garlic Parmesan crostini.
- Chicken Florentine: Tender chicken medallions pan-seared with white wine, lemon butter sauce. Served with sautéed spinach and roasted Parmesan potatoes.
- Bananas Shortcake: Warm, buttered pound cake topped with fresh bananas, caramel, and homemade whipped cream.
For $125 plus tax per person, per class, you’ll be served a three-course meal I’ve personally prepared, accompanied by imported bottled water. BYOB is highly encouraged!
