What to expect:

• A hands-on class for 2-12 guests
• Prepare and cook three fresh, seasonal, and sustainable Sicilian dishes
• Learn about San Diego, their food system, local fishermen, and ways to recognize fresh fish
• Learn the culinary history and traditions from the Arabs, Greeks, Spanish and French and how they’ve all contributed to cuisine that’s uniquely Sicilian
• Guests are welcome to bring their own beverage of choice
