About this Event

We’re joining @ForestForAllNYC and organizations across NYC for #CityofForestDay2025 on October 4!

Join Melting Metropolis at King Manor, as well as dozens of other sites across New York City, to celebrate the importance of trees and green spaces in urban centers. Local artist, Rejin Leys, will be showcasing her pulp impressions of Jamaica as well as teaching folks how to make their own pulp impressions! We will also be launching a reading circle with free copies of the chosen book available for anyone interested in joining.

Tickets help us prepare for the event but are not required and admission is free!
