Join Hazel Russell for a make your own handmade journal workshop!Come and join Hazel Russell to create your own handmade journals as memory books or diaries.
Sunday 12th April 10:30am - 3:30pm (30 minute lunch break included) in the Pumphouse at Mill Green Museum and Watermill.
The journals will contain a mix of decorative paper, recycled and vintage items including old book pages, magazine clippings, fabric, postcards, and other ephemera with space for writing and journaling. Basic bookbinding skills will be used to create the body and cover of the journal and then you will learn how different techniques and approaches to embellish and decorate.
Please feel free to bring along copies of photos you might like to include to make it a really unique and personal journal.
