About this Event

Beverly will provide figures printed on fabric and talk you through hand stitching, she will talk about how the work was developed and her practice.

Beverly lives her life with consideration to the environment, history and admiration of the beautiful surrounding landscapes in Swansea and The Gower. Using materials bought at charity’s or donated to her, she decided to tell the story of the Cockle Women of Penclawdd. A story of strong women who supported their families through very tough times.
