Join us for Haitian Day, a vibrant evening dedicated to the rich cultural heritage, history, and music of Haiti—featuring the acclaimed Godwin Louis’ Experience Ayiti Project.
Presented in collaboration with Haiti Cultural Exchange (Brooklyn) and Wings Over Haiti, this event brings together art, rhythm, and community in an uplifting celebration of Haitian identity and creativity.
Experience Ayiti blends traditional Haitian rhythms like rara, kompa, and vodou-inspired grooves with modern jazz and soul, creating a sound that is as deep as it is joyful. Led by saxophonist and cultural visionary Godwin Louis, this project reimagines Haiti’s musical legacy for the next generation.
This is more than a concert—it’s a tribute to resilience, a celebration of connection, and a musical journey that speaks to the soul.
