If you’ve ever wanted to properly experience a Hammond organ, this is one not to miss.On Wednesday 6th May, we’re back at the 606 Club for another Hammond Organ & Keyboard Experience.
This is a free, hands-on afternoon session (3:00pm – 5:30pm), where you’ll be among the first in the UK to sit down and play the brand new Hammond XK-7.
We’ll have the XK-7 set up alongside a range of Hammond instruments and Leslie speakers, so you can hear and feel everything in a proper musical setting. No sales pitch, no formal presentation. Just time to explore, ask questions, and really get to know the instrument.
Whether you already play Hammond, use keyboards professionally, or you’re simply curious, you’ll be very welcome.

From 7pm, the club opens for a special live show featuring Jim Alfredson, bringing that unmistakable Hammond jazz and funk sound to one of the UK’s most respected venues.
It’s an intimate setting where you’re right in the middle of the music. If you enjoy Hammond done properly, it’s well worth staying for.
