Following the Cacao Ceremony, you will then be lead on a Breathwork journey to help release and restore your body's natural homeostasis. From there you will settle into your hammock for the Reiki-infused soundbath. Guided by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, your body and mind will be lulled into a state of profound calm.

Infused with Reiki energy the sound healing instruments will be enhancing the meditative experience and promoting energetic balance.
