In this three-hour long workshop you will learn how to make Haloumi, Mozzarella and Feta.You will be taught by Pauline Korevaar of Farmhouse Kitchen.
All equipment and ingredients to make the 3 cheeses are provided
Just bring yourself, no prior experience is required.
Light refreshments included.
You will go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions. And, of course, you’ll take some 3 cheeses home! (if you could bring 3times 1 litre container with lids, that is most appreciated)
These classes are a lot of fun, great value and fill up fast so get your friends together to come and discover the art of crafting cheese
