Let's get dressed up, do some yoga and have fun! COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!! This class is 60 minutes and is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and more advanced students and a whole lot of fun! Special Halloween treats included :) && there will be a prize for best costume!!
