Athletes will have the option to compete in the full powerlifting meet:

Squat • Bench Press • Deadlift

OR

Choose 1 or 2 categories to participate in (partial meet)

Lifters will be scored using the DOTS scoring method, allowing athletes across different bodyweights to compete for overall best lifter.

And yes — there's money on the line!

🎃 COME IN COSTUME!

Halloween Havoc wouldn't be Halloween Havoc without costumes!

Athletes are encouraged to compete in costume, but costumes MUST be safe and appropriate for lifting. Your costume should never interfere with your ability to safely perform your squat, bench, or deadlift.

Spectators are also strongly encouraged to dress up!

Just make sure you can still move!

🏋️ EQUIPMENT & MEET RULES

• Athletes must be 18 years or older
• Full powerlifting meet: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift
• Open to men and women
• DOTS scoring will be used
• Knee wraps are allowed
• Wrist straps are NOT allowed
• Singlets are strongly encouraged
• Costumes are allowed and encouraged, provided they are safe to lift in
