The Turning
About this Event
The Turning: A 4-Week Seasonal Wellness Series
Ground. Regulate. Reconnect.
As the days get shorter and the seasons shift, you may notice changes in your energy, mood, motivation, and stress.
The Turning is a four-week nature-informed wellness series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and move into the darker months with more intention.
Led by Jess Daniel, LCSW-C, LICSW, Certified Nature-Informed Therapist, each Sunday combines nervous system education, grounding, reflection, nature-informed practices, and practical tools for navigating seasonal stress and burnout.
Jess will also be joined by local wellness practitioners who bring additional perspectives from acupuncture, Chinese medicine, herbalism, massage, and bodywork.
