Please join us for a Halloween-themed chair class! Intensity Level: Gentle

Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: If we practice in the dining room, there is a short staircase to enter the dining room. Please dress for comfort and movement.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat for under your chair, or use one of our community mats. Please bring water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
Parking: Parking is on Putnam and 4th Streets.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be.
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for.
