halLOVEween ArtShow & Kids Workshop (FREE)

This October, join us for HalLOVEween, a one-of-a-kind Art Show & Kids Workshop presented by Learning to Overcome Violence & Envy (L.O.V.E.). Taking place on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 | 12pm to 4pm, this free community event is designed to give children and families a safe space to celebrate Halloween while exploring their creativity.

At HalLOVEween, kids will enjoy hands-on activities that blend art, technology, and Halloween fun. They’ll design their own trick-or-treat bags using screen printing and vinyl, watch live demos of laser-etched cookies and custom chocolate molds, and take home treats shaped like pumpkins, ghosts, and the L.O.V.E. logo. A Trick-or-Tech Tour will let kids “trick-or-treat” from station to station, collecting candy while experiencing exciting tech demos like 3D printing and laser engraving.

The event will also showcase original L.O.V.E. characters reimagined in Halloween costumes, providing photo ops and inspiration for young artists. Additional activities will include mask decorating, glow-in-the-dark slime, and a kids’ costume parade. Every corner of HalLOVEween is designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and joy.

Most importantly, HalLOVEween was created for the kids who may not have the chance to go door-to-door trick-or-treating. It’s about giving them a safe, welcoming environment filled with art, laughter, candy, and community. Together, we can build memories that last far beyond Halloween night.
