Half Day Yoga Retreat

Namaste,

Join me for a half day of yoga/breathwork/meditation retreat that is guaranteed to wash away the old and prepare you for a wonderful 2025.

If you have never taken a yoga class, this half day retreat is for you. If you are a yoga practitioner, this retreat is also for you.

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket and any other prop that may make you feel comfortable during the practice. If you don't have any of these items, don't worry, the studio offers all you need.
