Ages: 13 and up
Yanvalou Body is a therapeutic dance movement protocol that combines the classic Haitian Folkloric Dance Yanvalou, meditative breath and barre work to cultivate and embody rhythm, grace and body awareness. This movement protocol is a great tool for stress relief and promotes optimal health of the mind, body and spirit.
