Habitual Sunset Nature Meditation at Kunming Park

Add some grounding and glow to your weekend by joining us Sunday in connecting deeply to Self, Community, and the living Earth!

Together we will turn towards Nature as our teacher of what it means to flourish, and then sit together in a guided 25-minute meditation that will help integrate this wisdom into our day-to-day lives.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss, share, mingle, and ask questions. No meditation experience necessary!

This class is accessible to all, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.
