About this Event
Whether you're a seasoned HYROXer, dedicated gym-goer, or a total beginner, this event is your chance to experience the challenge of a HYROX race & build endurance, strength, and pacing skills and enjoy a fun, community-driven challenge with DJ, prizes and giveaways.
The HYROX Simulation is designed to race in pairs, split into 4 Waves:
- Wave 1 - Women's Doubles
- Wave 2 – Mixed Doubles
- Wave 3- Men’s Doubles
- Wave 4 – Mixed Doubles
The simulation combines cardio and functional strength to test your limits in a race-style format:
- Run • Ski Erg
- Sled Push & Pull • Burpee Broad Jumps
- Rowing • Farmers Carry
- Sandbag Lunges • Wall Ball
You’ll have full access to the gym to warm up and get ready before the challenge begins.
Arrive 30 minutes before your start time to check in and get registered, for example, if your wave starts at 8:30 AM, be here by 8:00 AM!
This is more than fitness. It’s about pushing limits, lifting each other up, and making a difference. Are you in?
Important Participation information:
Select your start time and correct category here and secure your spot for two people.
You will receive an email with a day pass code to redeem at The Gym Group Wood Green The Mall, to access the event. Please follow instructions provided for access.
Ultimate members of The Gym Group do not a require a day pass for entry but will still need to secure a spot via Eventbrite.
Other members & non-members will need to redeem the day pass code for access to The Gym Group Wood Green The Mall on the day.
A suggested £20 donation per pair will be required on the day using card reader machine to donate directly to NHS Charities Together.
